Corporate & Commercial
In my current role within the corporate & commercial team, I frequently advise both the private and public sector on commercial and company matters, including the acquisition and disposal of businesses; setting up and running businesses; information law including data protection, freedom of information & confidentiality. I also provide legal guidance on intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks (registration, oppositions, and infringement) and passing off, as well as a wide variety of general commercial contracts and sponsorship agreements.
Experience
Having previously worked for several City firms, I have a wealth of experience in business sales and acquisitions, advising start-up companies, setting up joint ventures, partnerships, international collaboration arrangements, general company law and constitutional issues.
