Dispute Resolution & Litigation
I have been a partner at Harold Benjamin since 1997 and specialise in contentious property issues relating to landlord and tenant and other general commercial dispute resolution.
My primary focus is on solving problems for property owners and investors. If you own or have an interest in land then unfortunately it is common to encounter problems with a neighbouring owner, a tenant, or a landlord. My role is to help to resolve that dispute in a practical and cost effective manner.
I pride myself in ensuring that my advice is easily understandable whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
Prior to Harold Benjamin, I was a partner in a boutique firm. I have a wide-range of expertise in the security of tenure of business and residential tenants. This includes specialist knowledge of commercial lease renewals and disputed renewals, and an in-depth understanding of the Rent and Housing Acts.
